This is the most delicate stage of the production process owing to both extreme precision of processing and the basic importance of a mould from which thousands - if not millions - of items will be manufactured.

For the accurate manufacture of the mould we employ both traditional machine tools and numerical control machines. Our staff is highly skilled and can boast years of expertise accrued in the manufacture of special complex moulds.

Testing is severe and products are certified in compliance with the ISO 9002 Quality Manual.
